He recently retired as leader of the foundation «Fossumkollektivet», a leading private institute providing helping to drug- and alcohol-addicts in Norway.
Finn has played a central part in Impact over the last 20 years and has travelled extensively to visit projects, and take part in numerous conferences within the health/philanthropy sector.
