My name is Nicoline Thrane-Steen Røkke, and I am an intern at Impact Norway. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, and Leadership from BI Norwegian Business School, and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
Through my studies, sports, and work experience, I have learned the value of perseverance, collaboration, and creating lasting change. Contributing to Impact Norway’s work means a lot to me, as I want to be part of projects that give people the opportunity for a better life and a more sustainable future.
