“Bistandsorganisasjonen Impact Norway satte i 2015 i gang et pilotprosjekt samme med blant annet The Lake Clinic, med flytende hager i Moat Klah på Tonle Sap-innsjøen for å forebygge feilernæring. Disse flytende hagene ble laget av bambusstokker og hyacinter, der det dyrkes agurk, tomater, kål og basilikum.”
